We have Terms & Conditions when placing food orders:
Full payment is due at the time off booking. Deposits are non-refundable should you cancel. If you choose to cancel verbal and written notice must be given with a minimum of 1 weeks notice. 72 hours (3 days) notice must be given to make any changes to cake decoration orders. This does not affect the shape or flavour. Any changes must be put in writing / email to confirm requirements. If you wish to change your collection date and time please note this is subject to availability. Images supplied of other cake makers work are made to our interpretation. Transferring a cake order must be booked within 3 months of cancelling subject to availability.
Please advise us of any food allergens or intolerances when placing your order.
Sugar paste is not designed to be refrigerated, we advise for you to store the cake in a cook dry place, preferably in the box they are supplied in. Please check your box label.
When photos and pictures are supplied from other companies/cake makers we reproduce the cake as our interpretation and will do our utmost to reproduce the cake as the picture or photo.
From time to time our designs are published in national wedding cake magazines and other publications, leaflets, social networking sites and our website. We reserve the right to use any image of a cake made by Boutique Cake Studio for publication at a later date.

Delivery / Collection
At an additional cost cakes can be delivered and set up at the wedding venue. However, prior notice must be given where possible and any changes to the original order must be informed to Boutique Cake Studio as soon as possible. We encourage the bride and groom to inform the venue of our attendance and if cake stand and knife is not hired from us, have been pre-arranged with the venue prior to our arrival on the day to avoid disappointment.
Alternatively, cakes can be collected from our premises at a pre-arranged time and date. We will not take responsibility for the carrying, travel and set up of the cake once it has left our premises. If you wish to collect we require you to sign the disclaimer attached on the booking form (additional sheet if collection is required).
